With steady recovery of China’s commercial vehicle market and accelerated substitution of domestic core spare parts, market demand for commercial vehicle air compressor valve plates keeps rising. After 23 years of dedicated manufacturing, Xinxiang Fangda Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has completed the layout of its self-owned intelligent manufacturing base relying on Xinxiang’s geographical advantages as a transportation hub in Central China, achieving all-round upgrades in production capacity, warehousing and logistics supporting systems.

The factory sits in Fengquan District Industrial Agglomeration Area, Xinxiang City, with well-developed highway and railway logistics networks covering North, East and Northwest China’s major commercial vehicle industrial clusters. It shortens component transportation cycles and cuts logistics costs for partners significantly. The entire plant covers 11 mu of self-owned industrial land with construction implemented in phases for workshops and office facilities. Currently, the 2,500 ㎡ standardized phase-one production workshop is fully operational, equipped with special precision processing and air tightness testing equipment for valve plates to sustain stable mass production of all existing models. Once fully completed, the production workshop space will expand to 4,500 ㎡, together with an independent 1,300 ㎡ comprehensive office building housing R&D laboratories, quality inspection centers, customer reception areas and warehousing dispatching zones to realize integrated operation of research, production, testing and administration.

With ample self-owned factory space, the enterprise has optimized production line layout divided into three functional zones: mass production lines for standard models, exclusive processing zones for customized products and precision inspection labs. It realizes parallel operation of two production modes: fast bulk delivery of standard parts and independent scheduling for customized orders, greatly lifting order delivery efficiency. Sufficient on-site warehousing keeps spot inventories of mainstream valve plate models to meet OEMs’ urgent restocking and bulk procurement demands.

Dual strengths of superior location and large-scale production capacity enable Fangda to adopt a supporting service model of “Central China Manufacturing + Nationwide Distribution”. Long-term partners supplying Sinotruk, Weichai and FAW Jiefang commented that Fangda’s fully equipped large-scale production base and convenient logistics guarantee punctual delivery of large-volume valve plate orders, alongside flexible cooperation modes including small-batch sampling and mixed procurement of multiple models.

In the next stage, the enterprise will optimize intelligent processing procedures within workshops and expand special production lines for high-end China National VI standard valve plates to fully unlock production potential based on its complete self-owned manufacturing base.
